If there’s one thing Insomniac Events does well, it’s provide the perfect ambiance for their EDM (electronic dance music) festivals. If you’re unfamiliar with them, Insomniac is responsible for the Electric Daisy Carnival, Beyond Wonderland (which just passed this weekend), White Wonderland and more. They are the premiere EDM festival organizer and you generally hear nothing but good things about their events.

Coming in at #20 on our Festival Bucket List is Nocturnal Wonderland in Texas. The two day event will be held Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 4pm to 4am both days.

Taking place at Apache Pass in Rockdale, Texas, the 18+ event features an incredible lineup. Performers include: Tiesto, Royksopp, Adventure Club, AWOLNATION, Borgore, Calvin Harris, Datsik, Nero, Steve Aoki and more.

As I mentioned before, Insomniac excels in providing a fantastic ambiance. From performers on stilts or trapeze artists, to breath-taking art installations, every one of your senses will be captivated.
