Kenny Chesney & Tim McGraw

Two of country’s favorite crooners are teaming up for an amazing summer tour. Chesney hit a huge milestone yesterday: another single hit #1 on the Billboard charts – his 23rd single to do so. Chesney has a new album set to release on June 19th. The duo’s tour, Brothers of the Sun, kicks off on June 2 in Tampa, Fla. The pair have known each other for 20 years, but have yet to hit the road together. Prior to the Brothers tour, Tim McGraw will join his stunning wife and mother of his children, Faith Hill, on tour in Australia to reprise their Soul 2 Soul tour for a few shows. McGraw claims Hill is the true draw: “When I’m by myself, there’s only like two shows. When she goes with me, we sell more tickets so we have to do more shows.”

Zigabid’s Most Anticipated Summer Concerts #1: Britney Spears

6 June 2011 by , No Comments

Touring from June 16 – August  14

For over a week now, we’ve been counting down the Most Anticipated Summer Concerts and today it all boils down to one concert: Britney Spears.

Britney Spears is Teflon.  She’s survived drama, meltdowns, chaos, and Kevin Federline.  Even after all that, she bounced back from her probable rock bottom and is seemingly better than ever.  She continues to release hit singles, get massive airplay for videos within any outlets that still even show music videos, and doesn’t fail to sell out shows each tour.  Britney Spears has solidified herself as the pop icon of a generation and at least for the meantime, still inspires dedication out of fans new and old to come and see her live shows.

Love her or hate her, Britney Spears is one of the hottest artists worldwide.  As long as she is revered, popular, and has the support of a worldwide fan base, anything she does will be highly anticipated.
